Carol has worked in Retail for many years starting her career within a store team for Topshop and reaching her goal of Retail Operations Director for Topshop and Topman.

Working her way up through all levels of Retail management, Carol was the Retail Operations Director of Topshop and Topman for 10 years ........... the High St’s leading Fashion retailer.

Her career involved working for Debenhams in various store management roles. Carol has worked in the Arcadia Group through public and private ownership working in a multi Brand structure with 15 of the High St’s leading fashion names.

Carol’s vast Retail experience provides an excellent support to help businesses of all sizes fulfil their true potential. As a Board level director for many years she has a very valuable insight across all areas of operating a successful business.

Carol believes the success of any business is around the 4 key areas of Team, Product and Service, The Proposition and Efficiency and Costs. Building on her excellent record of achievements Carol has now launched Circular Vision Consulting and is highly delighted to be working with clients to support their business growth and success.
